Outside the clinic, Erica enjoys baking, reading, motorcycle riding, and spending quality time with her family. She shares her life with her husband Christopher, their son Logan, and two lovable pitbull mixes—Stinky, a spirited 2-year-old, and Missy, a playful 10-month-old pup.
